Responsibilities
- Execute heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with precision
- Assist carpenters and masons in framing, pouring concrete, and finishing
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety standards
- Read blueprints and interpret technical specifications
- Perform site cleanup and debris management
- Coordinate with supervisors to meet project milestones
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience required
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme conditions
- Valid Nevada driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and heavy equipment
- Weekend availability (Fri-Sun) mandatory
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
