Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and material handling at construction sites
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled trades with daily tasks
- Follow blueprints and instructions to ensure project accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas
- Conduct equipment pre/post-use inspections and report issues
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
