Responsibilities
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades
- Operate hand/power tools per OSHA standards
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs) as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- Valid California driver's license
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physical stamina for extended standing/lifting
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
