Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Dig trenches, backfill holes, and grade soil as directed by supervisors.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters and electricians, with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Keep the construction site clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Perform minor cleaning duties and site maintenance.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required—on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
