Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations
- Install scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades professionals
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Operate hand/power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills) properly
- Document daily progress and material usage
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience
- OSHA 10-Hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, drills, saws)
- Strong attention to safety protocols
- Weekend availability (6 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
