Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete finishing, framing, and masonry work per blueprints and specifications
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, levels) and heavy equipment with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and material handling with efficiency and attention to detail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain project timelines and quality standards
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Adhere to local building codes and sustainable construction practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in commercial/residential construction trades
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with power tools, concrete work, and blueprint interpretation
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to workplace safety
- Flexibility for weekend/evening shifts as project demands require
