Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling using hand/power tools
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws) under supervision
- Load/un construction materials and maintain organized storage areas
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and waste management
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople on complex projects
- Complete daily progress reports and documentation tasks
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, saws, drills) preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for weekend shifts
