Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and material handling operations during night shifts
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) under OSHA-certified supervision
- Install/assemble construction components following blueprints and safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized job sites with proper waste disposal procedures
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
- Adhere to strict safety standards in low-visibility conditions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience (night shift preferred)
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous physical tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency (drills, saws, jackhammers)
- Ability to work in all weather conditions with proper PPE
- Strong communication skills for shift handovers and reporting
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
