Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain clean work areas
- Load/un construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols for weekend projects
- Perform basic site cleanup and debris removal
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Participate in weekend-only residential/commercial builds
Qualifications
- Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic hand/power tool experience required
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun) mandatory
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Drug-free and background check required
- 1+ years construction labor experience preferred
