Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Maintain clean and organized job sites through debris removal and material staging
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery (e.g., saws, drills, forklifts)
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Class B CDL preferred (not required but beneficial)
- Proficient with basic hand tools and power equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Miami-Dade County
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
