Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including material handling, excavation, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled trades with carpentry, masonry, and concrete work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA protocols
- Read blueprints and interpret project specifications accurately
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance
Qualifications
- 2+ years of construction labor experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays with occasional weekday availability
- Pass background check and drug screening
