Responsibilities
- Execute emergency plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance for residential/commercial properties during night hours
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and industry best practices
- Install and repair water heaters, piping systems, fixtures, and backflow prevention devices
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and local plumbing codes (IPC/UPC) for all operations
- Utilize digital dispatch systems for efficient route optimization and job documentation
- Maintain service vehicles and equipment to peak operational standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication and professional demeanor
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience with night shift or emergency service background
- Valid Arizona Journeyman Plumber license (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
- Proficient in trenchless pipe repair, hydro-jetting, and camera inspection technologies
- Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to complete immediately upon hire
- Valid driver's license with clean MVR record
- Physical ability to lift 75+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and operate power tools
- Spanish fluency highly preferred for diverse clientele
