Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and demolition tasks safely
- Maintain clean, organized work environments and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople on residential/commercial projects
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery under supervision
- Report hazards and maintain daily progress logs
Qualifications
- Physical ability to perform strenuous outdoor work in varying weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work Saturdays/Sundays (6 AM-4 PM)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong attention to safety protocols and teamwork
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
