Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators on residential/commercial sites
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up scaffolding
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
