Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling per blueprints
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with construction tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and comply with SF building codes
- Perform concrete work, framing, and finishing operations
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and safety checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Knowledge of power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Strong physical stamina and spatial awareness
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- California driver's license preferred
