Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervisor guidance
- Assist with concrete pouring, framing, and finish work on residential/commercial sites
- Maintain clean, organized job sites with proper waste management protocols
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure operational safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction or heavy labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory tracking
- Strong work ethic with punctual, reliable weekend availability
