Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including material handling and equipment setup

- Maintain a clean and organized job site by clearing debris and waste
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as directed by supervisors
- Operate hand tools and light machinery under proper supervision
- Adapt to varying weather conditions and project timelines
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to follow instructions and work in a team
- Basic understanding of English for communication
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
