Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Assist skilled trades with carpentry, masonry, and concrete work
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Transport materials using wheelbarrows, forklifts, and trucks
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and safety checks
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) 6am-4pm
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred but not required
- OSHA 10-hour certification (training provided)
- Ability to work in extreme Arizona heat conditions
