Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by clearing debris and waste
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Support demolition, excavation, and basic concrete work as needed
- Transport materials and equipment using company vehicles or carts
- Adhere to project timelines and collaborate with team members
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Wichita/Kansas/Illinois
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and adapt to changing priorities
- No prior construction experience necessary—training provided!
