Responsibilities
- Execute manual labor tasks including excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation and cleanup operations
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently per OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain organized workspaces and adhere to strict safety protocols
- Read blueprints and follow verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Perform physical tasks in various weather conditions and elevations
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic understanding of construction site safety practices
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and work extended hours
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
- Strong attention to detail and punctuality
