Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pours, structural framing, and site preparation
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Read blueprints and technical specifications
- Maintain OSHA-compliant job site organization
- Assist skilled trades (plumbers, electricians, masons)
- Perform material handling and inventory management
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years construction labor experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
- Experience with concrete, rebar, and framing
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Weekend availability mandatory
- Background check and drug screen required
