Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and construction equipment safely
- Assist skilled tradesmen with framing, concrete work, and site cleanup
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain job site organization
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and safety checks
- Collaborate effectively with crew members and project managers
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and overtime
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
