Responsibilities
- Operate hand/power tools safely during concrete pours, framing, and finishing tasks
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, equipment setup, and site cleanup
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized job site conditions
- Read blueprints and verbal instructions to execute construction tasks accurately
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and physically demanding outdoor work
- Complete daily progress reports and safety documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on fast-paced weekend projects
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 4 PM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Ability to work in extreme heat and at heights (up to 30ft)
- Basic math skills for material measurement and calculation
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (company-paid)
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety-first culture
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
