Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including material handling, site preparation, and debris cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervisor guidance
- Assist skilled trades with concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific guidelines
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and proper tool maintenance
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
- Support weekend project timelines with punctual and dedicated attendance
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math skills for material measurement and calculation
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification within 30 days (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-4PM)
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams
- Preferred: 6+ months construction or related field experience
