Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthmoving operations
- Operate hand/power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills) safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and installation
- Perform debris removal and job site cleanup to maintain OSHA compliance
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean record (for equipment transport)
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Oklahoma County
- Strong work ethic with punctual weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory tracking
