Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete work, and finishing operations
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and company safety standards
- Perform quality checks and documentation of work progress
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight weekend deadlines
- Maintain organized, clean job sites throughout operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Experience with power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Strong attention to detail and precision work ethic
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
