Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts and power tools under supervision
- Maintain OSHA-compliant safety protocols at all times
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material delivery
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and demolition tasks
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and minor maintenance
- Collaborate with site supervisors to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Class B CDL license or willingness to obtain
- Strong knowledge of hand/power tools
- OSHA 10-hour certification mandatory
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
