Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Support concrete forming, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Complete shift reports and document daily progress
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work nights and weekends on rotating schedule
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
