Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and skilled tradespeople with daily site operations.
- Operate power tools, heavy machinery, and construction equipment safely.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Perform basic site cleanup, including debris removal and trench preparation.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications.
- Help with framing, drywall hanging, or general carpentry support as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for 8+ hours a day.
- Valid North Carolina Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
