Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics.
- Perform routine inspections and tests on electrical equipment to ensure safety and compliance.
- Handle materials and tools, including conduit benders, multimeters, and wiring tools.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (Technical certification a plus).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, climb ladders, and work in various environments (hot, cold, cramped spaces).
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating loads.
- Willingness to obtain required state licenses and certifications during employment.
- No prior experience necessary; just a strong willingness to learn and grow.
