Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including loading and unloading building materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks on the job site.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all company safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and site-specific rules.
- Transport materials between job sites using company vehicles or equipment.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts as required.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is highly preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team.
- Experience in construction labor is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
