Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using trucks, dollies, or hand carts.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and painting.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Clean and prepare job sites before and after work hours.
- Follow all safety regulations and site protocols strictly.
- Perform basic site measurements and assist with project setup.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (50+ lbs).
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA) is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
