As a Laborer, you will be an integral part of our daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and general site preparation.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely under supervision (e.g., forklifts, skid steers).
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Measure and cut materials according to blueprints and instructions.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
