Responsibilities
- Assist in various construction tasks, including loading and unloading building materials.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and supervisor instructions.
- Perform manual labor, such as digging, lifting, carrying, and carrying heavy items.
- Support skilled tradespeople as needed to complete projects on time.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to management immediately.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods and stand for long shifts.
- Must be able to lift, push, and carry at least 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and flexible shifts.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
