Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and material handling duties
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespersons with construction tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Complete daily equipment checks and maintenance
- Assist in demolition and cleanup activities
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic construction experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work weekends and outdoors
- Pass pre-employment background check
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
