As a Weekend Shift Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our skilled trades and ensuring our job sites are safe, organized, and efficient. If you are physically fit, safety-conscious, and looking for immediate opportunities, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks on site.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools safely.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and general maintenance.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to prevent accidents.
- Measure and prepare materials as directed by the foreman.
- Assist in excavation, pouring concrete, or framing as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Basic understanding of safety guidelines on a construction site.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
