Responsibilities
- Site Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks to ensure project efficiency.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintenance: Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe in strict compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards.
- Physical Labor: Perform manual labor duties including digging, lifting heavy objects, and operating basic construction machinery under supervision.
- Site Prep: Prepare construction areas by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up temporary structures.
- Communication: Follow instructions from site supervisors and foremen, reporting any safety hazards or material shortages immediately.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for motivated individuals willing to learn; on-the-job training is provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform strenuous physical activities, including heavy lifting and standing for long periods, in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Safety Mindset: A strong commitment to safety protocols and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, hardworking, and able to work effectively within a team environment.
