Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various building tasks.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform basic measurements, cutting, and preparing materials for installation.
- Dig trenches, set forms, and pour concrete as directed by the foreman.
- Perform general cleanup duties at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and flexible hours as needed.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow strict safety protocols.
- Basic math skills for measuring lengths, areas, and angles.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site in Fresno.
- Valid identification and authorization to work in the United States.
