Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup.
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment under strict safety supervision.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and organize job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the site supervisor and team members.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous construction or labor experience is preferred but not required; we train the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- License: Valid Driver’s License required.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety.
