Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation including clearing debris and leveling ground
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Support skilled trades with basic tasks (concrete, framing, etc.)
- Perform minor demolition and cleanup operations
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Basic physical strength (ability to lift 50+ lbs occasionally)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturdays and/or Sundays)
- Willingness to follow instructions and learn new skills
