Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with project tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely.
- Follow all site safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Signal equipment operators to aid in positioning materials.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and some weekday overtime.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and standing for long periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid ID and authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
