Responsibilities
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywall hanging, and general site preparation.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and store them in an organized, secure manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, ensuring all debris is cleared and safety protocols are followed.
- Perform basic site preparation work, including digging, leveling, and concrete pouring assistance.
- Transport tools and equipment between job sites as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have valid work authorization.
