Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, debris removal, and material handling
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Maintain job site cleanliness and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Load/un construction materials and equipment at project sites
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks and reporting
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices
- Willingness to work weekends and occasional overtime
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
