Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, cleanup, and maintenance of construction sites and job trailers.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies at all times.
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and carrying heavy items.
- Communicate effectively with crew leaders and other team members to ensure project flow.
- Ensure site cleanliness and debris removal daily.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and flexible hours.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and understand simple instructions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred but not mandatory).
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including steel-toed boots.
