Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and equipment operation under supervision
- Assist skilled tradesmen with loading/unloading materials and preparing job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Operate basic construction tools (hammers, saws, drills) after proper training
- Adapt to changing project requirements and work schedules
- Participate in mandatory safety briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- No experience necessary – full training provided
