Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery safely.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up work areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, and hauling materials.
- Clean and maintain the job site to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Must be willing to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50+ pounds.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures is a plus.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to travel to various sites in New York and Illinois.
