Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation and cleanup
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate hand tools (hammers, shovels, saws) safely
- Maintain organized storage of tools and supplies

- Support concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Perform general site maintenance as directed
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
