- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Complete daily equipment checks and maintenance logs
- Collaborate with team to maintain efficient workflow
- Report site hazards and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to worksites across El Paso County
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
