Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Support skilled trades with foundational tasks
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
- Adapt to changing project needs as directed
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work weekends (6AM-6PM)
- Basic communication skills
- Commitment to workplace safety
- No construction experience required
