Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction duties, including concrete pouring, framing, and site preparation.
- Perform general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials, cleaning the job site, and removing debris.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under the supervision of team leads.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe in compliance with company protocols.
- Transport materials to and from the job site as directed.
- Follow all safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications
- No experience required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus but not mandatory.
